Dr Moussa Ibrahim released a voice recording denying his capture as was claimed
by the Libyan government and by most media outlets who also reported the capture
or death of Khamis Kadhafi in Bani Walid.

Dr Ibrahim says that this is a futile exercise designed to shift attention away from
the massacres that are ongoing in Bani Walid by Misrata militias and with full
